New Patients

Thank you for considering Liberty Dental Centers as your dental provider! We are currently accepting new patients and look forward to meeting you.

To schedule a New Patient Consultation, please complete our New Patient Registration. You can find these forms by clicking “Patient Registration” on the home screen or by clicking the Patient Registration under the New Patients tab located at the top of the screen.

If you are a patient wanting to be established for routine cleanings and other restorative treatment, here is what you can expect during your first appointment:

When you arrive to check in for your appointment, you will be greeted by one of our friendly receptionists. They will notify our clinical team of your arrival and obtain any necessary information including insurance cards and photo identification for your patient record. Once completed, a clinical team member will escort you to one of our treatment rooms where they will review your dental history, medical history, and any concerns you have regarding your dental health. Your blood pressure will also be taken to ensure you are in good health to proceed with any dental treatment.

Images will need to be taken for the doctor to review and create an accurate treatment plan. If you have had any dental images at another office in the last 2 years, we strongly recommend you request these from your previous dentist’s office and bring them with you to your appointment.

During the comprehensive exam, the dentist will also discuss your health history, any dental concerns, and review your dental images. This initial exam can take about an hour and is important so that your dental team can identify any issues such as gum disease or cavities. Your dentist will create a personalized treatment plan as well as discuss the options that you have for treatment.

PLEASE NOTE: At your first visit, you may not receive a cleaning. A cleaning may be completed after the doctor ensures it is appropriate treatment for your specific oral health. There are certain conditions that may determine that a cleaning is not the first best course of treatment. Additionally the dentist and registered dental hygienist may determine that non-surgical periodontal therapy is necessary, which requires a return appointment.

Once you review your treatment plan, our treatment coordinator will meet with you to schedule your next appointment, review payment options, and help answer any questions you may have regarding your insurance coverage.

Financing options such as Cherry Finance and CareCredit are available as well as a Liberty Dental Centers savings plan. We can assist you with applying while in the office. Our goal is to help you get the treatment you need quickly and comfortably.

Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive text reminders of any upcoming appointments. This helps you to ensure you do not miss any future appointments and helps you to stay on track with your dental health.
